Title: Finance Lawyer
Salary: £55,000+ DOE
Contract: Permanent
Location: Leeds
The Client and the role
My client is a top tier legal 500 accredited law firm with an international presence, specialising in over 50 types of business law and winners of numerous awards in recent years.
The finance team works across all their UK and international offices ranging from Europe to Asia. The teams’ clients include UK clearing banks and a range of other lenders including debt funds and international banks. They also advise large private equity and corporate investors as borrowers. As part of the team, you will have numerous opportunities to work with household names.
Their finance practice is broad, representing the full product offering of their largest lender clients. You can expect to gain experience in a large range of transactional finance including corporate debt, leveraged finance, asset based lending and real estate finance.
The Candidate
The role is based in my clients Leeds team and they are looking for someone who is:

- 4years+ PQE in a similar finance role
