A top rated regional law firm that I have worked with for over 5 years are looking to expand their Corporate Department by recruiting an NQ - 2 years PQE Corporate Solicitor for within their Cannock office. This role comes with an excellent salary and benefit package.
My client is ideally looking for an NQ - 2 years PQE Corporate Solicitor however more senior applicants will also be considered, They provide the full spectrum of corporate law from acquisitions and disposals to capital finance, re-structuring and succession planning and have a strategic thinking and proactive approach. The role will involve working and supporting Partners across the department when required. You will also be expected to conduct regular business development and networking.
The ideal candidate will have great experience and exposure to a broad range of Corporate matters. You will have a strong eye for detail, great communicator, excellent client care skills and have a desire to progress in your career.
