Coveyancing Assistant-Huddersfield
The Firm:

The Role:
-You will be supporting a residential conveyancer offering one on one support with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
The caseload is varied and will include:
Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-You must have previous experience as a conveyancing assistant able to deal with both sale and purchase transactions
-Ability to work within a team
-Excellent communication skills
