THE ROLE:

The Corporate team covers the full range of corporate work, focusing in particular on UK and cross-border M&A transactions for a range of local, national and international clients They have an established Corporate team and are looking to bring in an NQ solicitor to assist the team with their growing caseload.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will be either a high-quality NQ or a junior solicitor with up to 2PQE.
