Are you a Corporate Paralegal looking for a new role? If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join a leading North West firm. You will be joining a highly successful team at their offices based in Manchester.
You will be assisting team dealing with a range of Corporate transactions, financing, members' agreements and disputes as well as commercial matters including the terms and conditions of trade, online terms and policies. You will dealing with cases actsing for PLCs, UK subsidiaries of foreign entities, LLPs, SMEs, start-ups and high net-worth individuals.
You will have strong academics and will ideally have at least 12 months experience within a similar role.
