Seeking a broad commercial solicitor with in-house experience and highly experienced in commercial contracts, IT, procurement & Compliance.
Client Details
Our client is a leader in providing IT/ Services with a niche customer base.
Description
- Dealing with broad commercial legal work as well as; IT, outsourcing, TUPE, major projects, public sector procurement and consumer law would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience within IT/ Software provide May be an advantage but not essential due to broad nature of the role
- Support the sales functions on commercial contract queries
Profile
- Experienced commercial in-house counsel with exposure to procurement, BCB/B2C contracts, IT/ SaaS matters and data protection.
- ability to build strong relationships with the wider business
- Able to work independently and be solutions focused
Job Offer
Maximum of 500 per day depending on experience (inside IR35)
Able to start from 1st May 2021
