Conveyancing Assistant-Leeds
The Firm:
-Legal 500 long established law firm
-Full service commercial law practice offering multiple services to both businesses and individuals

The Role:
-Assisting with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
Caseload will include: Sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity
-Working within a busy property department liaising with clients, lenders and borrowers
Requirements:
-At least 6 months' experience in assisting with a full residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-Must have experience in both sale and purchase
