The firm is looking for a junior to mid level Court of Protection Solicitor to join their well established and thriving team. The role will involve a breadth of Court of Protection to include Mental Capacity Act applications, deputyship applications and LPA's. You will be expected to have excellent client care skills and be able to demonstrate solid fee earning performance.

You will enjoy a healthy balance between running your own caseloads and supporting and working alongside senior solicitors, thus a good mix of autonomous and supportive working.
