CORPORATE SOLICITOR (NQ-2 PQE) | GUILDFORD | LEGAL 500
Our client has one of the best corporate practices outside of London, with many partners having come from the City. They are looking for a Corporate Tax Solicitor from NQ to 2PQE (illustrative) to join their expanding team which is rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500.
The corporate team handle a range of transactions including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses. The firm also has a strong international presence.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with strong corporate tax experience having trained with a major City or leading national/regional practice.
