THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a Construction Associate (non-contentious) 2-4 PQE to join a well-established and growing construction team.
You will be handling work for a high profile and broad client base including; developers, hotel and retail groups, institutional investors and professionals.
The workload will include advising on and drafting; bespoke construction contracts and amendments to industry standard forms, facility agreements, public procurement and tendering procedures.
As a team member you will be given an opportunity to participate in business development and marketing activities
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this excellent role, you will have relevant construction experience and an understanding of construction industry procurement trends.
