Mental Health Solicitor
A regional multi-service firm with over 100 staff over several sites, is looking for a Mental Health Solicitor to join their small but highly experienced Mental Health Team in Manchester. The practice is offering very competitive salaries and a truly cohesive, collaborative working environment.
The Mental Health Solicitor’s responsibilities:
- Handling a full and varied caseload
- Potential cross-over of work, so a desire to undertake training will be required
The successful Mental Health Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 1+ years’ PQE
- Mental Health Panel accreditation is desirable, or in the application for this
- Understanding of Court of Protection work
- The firm is looking for a solicitor who will see eye to eye with the existing team in terms of client care and internal culture fit
