-Close knit and supportive team consisting of both fee earners and assistants

The Role:

-You will be a Residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer to you will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion with one on one support from a conveyancing assistant
-If so desired you will have the opportunity to handle commercial property matters
-The caseload is manageable and varied which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
