Legal Counsel

Client

You will be joining an organisation which is currently in the midst of sustained growth and continued success via both organic development and strategic phased international acquisition.

Role

You will be joining in a newly created position within the global legal team.

You will be able to perform this role via a hybrid mixture of 2-3 days per week remotely/from home and 2-3 days per week in the central London offices.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and getting involved in various additional day to day ad hoc legal issues as and when they arise.

You will report directly into the global General Counsel and you will work within a non-hierarchical flat structure.

You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer (open to jurisdiction of qualification) with approximately 1-6 years' PQE.  You must have some prior experience of FinTech, Payments and/or New Technology related matters.
