A friendly high street firm with a busy residential conveyancing department in Banstead is seeking a paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing matters.
You will be supporting the residential conveyancing partner, providing administrative assistance and support to the residential fee-earners. Duties will include:

- dealing with enquiries
- search applications
- Land Registry searches
- post-exchange correspondence
- completion of required conveyancing forms (including SDLT, TR1, AP1, etc)
- liaising with clients
