There is a great opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a private consultancy providing employment law / HR advice, plus consultancy and support services to numerous public and private sector organisations throughout the UK.  The company is particularly strong in the education sector where it enjoys an excellent reputation for quality work.

In-House Employment Solicitor Key Responsibilities

As the Employment Solicitor, you will be required to work in-house to work on all legal matters. You will be working in-house to collect information and research, preparing documentation (contracts, claims and pleadings) and conducting negotiations and settlements.

In-House Employment Solicitor The Person & Package

Ideally, you will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar in-house role (or equivalent knowledge). We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge of employment law, both academic and practical. The successful candidate is likely to have practised as an in-house solicitor or in private practice and/or local government (or equivalent).

In return, the salary being offered is between £38,000 – £40,000 with a range of benefits.
