An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to work for a growing Hampshire law firm based in its Portsmouth office, in this critical hire due to an increase in workload.
This expanding law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing commercial property team in this key hire. You'll be handling a broad range of commercial property matters, unsupervised, for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements as well as dealing with more complex property transactions. Business development and networking are essential, as the firm places great importance on maintaining and building relationships with its clients.
Your role as a Commercial Property Solicitor will involve:
• Playing an active role in business development
• Genuine career progression
