A private practice law firm in Windsor is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a Senior Legal Director to join its established and successful team.
This is a rare and very exciting opportunity, and one which presents with genuine career progression as the firm goes through the process of succession planning.
Salaried or Equity Partnership are very real prospects at this law firm.
The team is both flat in structure and collegiate. The role offers scope and autonomy. You will have the freedom to fully nurture the practice and its wealth of loyal clients which you will inherit to really make this role your own.
You will be working closely with 3 other departmental Legal Directors in the practice to help grow the firm, stay on top of its day to day management and to aid its continued success and well-respected reputation.
The role requires someone who is ambitious and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial flare. In return, you will be rewarded in terms of remuneration but also recognition and a step up in your fee earning/management career.
You will ideally be a successful commercial property Solicitor with at least 8+ years PQE Commercial Property experience handling a broad diet of commercial property transactions.

- Commercial sales & purchases and commercial landlord & tenant matters
- Commercial re-mortgaging and re-financing
