This large Devon-based full-service law practice is looking for a family and childcare solicitor or legal executive to join its busy team in Torquay.
You will be joining one of the county’s largest and most established firms, working within a very supportive team. You will be encouraged to work together to continually build on an already strong reputation.
This is a mixed role advising both private and publicly funded clients. Your focus will however be on care proceedings, acting mainly for parents and grandparents. You may be a member of the Children's Panel or working towards that, although this is not essential. Any experience of the legal aid system would be beneficial.
Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives and those with many more years’ experience are encouraged to apply.
This role will be offered on a full-time basis and a competitive salary is on offer, depending on experience. This role can involve some home working options.
