An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor in commercial property solicitor to join a top tier Legal 200 law firm in Guildford.
 
The firm is looking to hire a technically skilled, commercial property solicitor circa 2 - 5 years post qualification who has trained and worked at a strong regional law firm who possesses a solid background dealing with quality commercial property matters. The firm’s commercial property department is Legal 500 recommended in its own right and covers a wide range of work, including commercial and residential developments, leasing matters and finance for for developers, investors and individual clients.
 
Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
