RTA Solicitor

We currently have an opportunity an RTA Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join this thriving PI team based in Cheshire.

The firm:
This leading PI team is one of the North West's leading firms of Solicitors, with many of the team having been with the Company for over 10 years. The offer good quality PI files and have a strong RTA motor team.

The Role
You will be a Fee Earner/Legal Executive with experience handling pre and post litigated fast track RTA matters.

You will have:
*At least 2 years' experience managing a caseload of RTA files
*Solid and consistent billing history
*Experienced handling pre-litigated and post-litigated RTA Fast Track files of 200+ files
*Client liaison
*Works to tight deadlines and manages their time effectively and works as part of a busy team.

The Benefits:

Discretionary bonus (after a successful probationary period) on average circa £5,000 p
29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (this increases with length of service)
Death in service benefit
