Housing and property solicitors in Birmingham and the West Midlands have a requirement for a Post Completions Assistant to join their very successful property team. Ideally candidates will have worked for at least one year in the property market. Salary in-line with experience. Great career opportunity.
These experienced property solicitors provide a wide range of services, from tenancy agreements to advice on buying property at auction, they provide guidance and support. You will be assisting the team and clients who are first-time buyers or a landlord or tenant, involved in the buying, selling, investing and letting process. You will need excellent keyboard skills, a polite and patient manner, initiative and a flexible approach. Must be able to use your own initiative when dealing with clients or potential clients and a positive approach to customer service. Ability to be a team player and have a flexible outlook will also be required. You will be comfortable contributing to a culture of teamwork and high performance, with a strong focus on customer care.
