THE ROLE
A business focussed data protection / technology lawyer with 4PQE+ is sought to join a highly ranked team.
You will have opportunity to work on a broad range of non-contentious work including commercial contracts and advisory work for some of the biggest names in tech as well as advising clients in other sectors on their technology deals.
The team includes life sciences, fintech, ad tech, data and telecoms specialists and experience in one of these areas would be preferred.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally with data protection expertise, as well as technology contracts, you will be able to advise clients across a wide range of areas including data protection registration and policy development, data security and mobile device encryption, data transfer procedures, freedom of information requests, data subject access requests and resolving data protection issues arising from outsourcing projects.
