Commercial Litigation Partner
Leeds
QED Legal are working with a Top 200 firm in central Leeds who are looking for a Partner level hire into their well thought of Commercial Litigation Team.
The role is a broad dispute resolution role. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters including partnership disputes, shareholder issues, contract litigation, product liability and professional negligence.
As a senior level Commercial Litigation Solicitor there will also be the management and development of more junior lawyers within the team.
The work is excellent quality working with large national companies, as well as smaller regionals, SMEs and start-ups.
The ideal candidate will either already be at Partner level at a strong regional, national or boutique practice, or be a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is at Senior Associate/Legal Director type level who has the right level of experience to take the next step in their career.
Although a cast iron following is not absolutely essential it would be expected that at this level the successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts built up over the years and have the confidence to maintain and build these relationships and forge new ones in order to continue to bring work into the practice.
Remuneration is competitive based on experience with excellent benefits.
