- The role provides exposure to a variety of corporate work, ranging from mainstream M&A to corporate reorganisations
- Project Managing
- You will work with an established team with an excellent reputation and recognised individual lawyers
- You will be encouraged to play a role in business development and to form relationships
- Training & mentoring more junior team members

The Candidate

- Corporate Solicitor, 7PQE+
- You will need to have a strong corporate background with a good range of experience to ideally include M&A, private equity, reorganisations
- You should be able to work well with clients and other team members - this is a close and supportive team
- You will be able to supervise more junior members of the team
-Strong project management skills
