Are you a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner/Litigation Executive looking to take on a new challenge and be part of an award winning team in Liverpool?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident Clinical Negligence Executive (Fee Earner/Litigation Executive) to work with one of the UK's leading Clinical Negligence specialist departments. You'll work alongside experienced and supportive Fee Earners, both qualified and non-qualified, and have full support from legal assistants and administrators.
You will take responsibility and manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims (predominantly litigated and high value) and be expected to work with little to no supervision. You will be supported by the wider department and be fully supported by team leaders and Heads of Department to further your legal career and hit your personal goals.
You'll be working as part of a dynamic team with exposure to work of the highest quality. You'll have previous experience and be confident dealing with Clinical Negligence claims at every part of the process.
On offer is a competitive salary along with a generous bonus system and full company benefits. The role is home working in line with government guidelines but office working will resume in the longer term.
