A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Real Estate department of a leading Legal 500 firm in Leicester.
My client is looking to expand its current Real Estate team by hiring a junior- to mid-level Commercial property Solicitor or Legal Executive for the Leicester office. The firm is a leading commercial law firm with multiple sites and a long-standing presence in the East Midlands legal market.
The firm has a good mix of local and national clients, ranging from SMEs, PLCs, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers. The successful candidate will join at a busy time with a healthy caseload to hit the ground running with. Typical matters will include, but are not limited to, sale and purchases of commercial premises and commercial landlord and/or tenant transactions.
The firm is recognised for hiring and developing talent. You will be fully supported by senior lawyers and the management team to progress you career within the firm. You can expect to join a professional and collegiate environment.
To be considered, you will be 4 years PQE, have trained or gained experience with a well-known Legal 500 firm, be commercially minded and have a strong academic record.
