Established for over 150 years our client is a law firm in Oxfordshire who is looking to expand its Wallingford premises.
Due to an influx of work our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy property team.
This role can be either a FTC or Permanent.
The department will require you to have experience of dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land and title checking.
Transfers of equity, agricultural property, plot sales and residential development work would also be to your advantage. Recent expansion plans for the firm at their Wallingford office means that for the right individual this is a very exciting time to join this busy practice.
You will be working in a high net worth region and the quality of work reflects this.
The ideal candidate will be confident and driven with an enthusiasm for marketing and business development.
Excellent career prospects which includes succession planning (should you wish to go permanent) with the potential of becoming Head of Department in the very near future.
