Residential Conveyancer - Qualified Solicitor
Birmingham City Centre
If you are a Solictor experienced in Residential Conveyancing, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established, regional firm in Birmingham City Centre.
Our client is a leading legal practice in the west Midlands with several branch offices in the Birmingham area.
The successful candidate will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. You will also liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents.
The position would suit a qualified Solicitor with at least three years’ residential conveyancing experience as you will need to be able to work independently and unsupervised. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and remuneration.
