Residential Property Locum- 3+ PQE / Tamworth /Coleshill / Office based / ASAP start- Conveyancers are in demand! This well-known law firm in the Midlands are seeking a Locum Conveyancer to join the team until June 2021. Interested and available?
OVERVIEW:
• This well known, high street firm based in the Midlands are seeking a Locum Conveyancer to cover a busy period, after the stamp duty extension- they would be looking for the locum to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The role will be until June 2021.
• This role will be office based; however, the firm are fully COVID compliant in line with government guidelines.
• The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload property matters such as remortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, right to buy and new plot purchases.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm and will be based in the office.
• Staffordshire/ West Midlands based firm
• Long-standing and regional high street firm.
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £35+ per hour.
