Planning Law Solicitor - Devon

Legal 500 rated law firm that has is highly ranked in a number of specialisms with clients across the region and beyond.

Their highly rated and nationally recognised  Planning Law Team deal with a broad caseload of matters on behalf of private clients on rural, equestrian, and householder developments, as well as caravan park owners, leisure operators and local authorities including parish and town councils. 

Many of their referrals come across the business and through other teams such as Social Housing team and Real Estate Teams with an active client base nationally.  The work is extremely varied and will include preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, certificate of lawfulness applications and appeals, advising on enforcement matters, and section 106 Agreements.  Additionally, there will be opportunities to advise on neighbourhood planning and local plans.  

Ideally you will be a Solicitor that has gained proven and relevant experience within either private practice or a local authority within planning law and be able to run your own files from applications through to appeals.  

The role offers plenty of travelling and high quality work alongside a competitive salary and will consider candidates on a full or part-time basis.
