The Role

The Residential Property Team supports many longstanding clients in matters including but not limited to buying, selling, re-mortgaging, extending leases, short-hold tenancies and the investigation of unregistered and complex property titles.

You will support a team of Property lawyers with a varied and buoyant caseload, underpinned by the technology to ensure deadlines are met in a way not detrimental to quality.

Joining at an exciting time for the team, you will be instrumental in the team achieving their strategic goals and providing an excellent service to clients.

Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff work according to experience. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with staff members at different levels. You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining and developing relations with current and future key clients.

This role is only available to those with recent experience supporting a residential property practice.

Requirements

  • You must have experience supporting a busy Conveyancing team
  • A desire to grow and develop in a positive working environment
  • Good working knowledge of entire conveyancing transaction
