A national firm with an outstanding reputation for its personal injury and insurance offering has an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable RTA Fast Track Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its award-winning claimant RTA Litigation department.
The RTA Litigation department has a fantastic reputation and provides its insurer clients with the highest level of service, and is known across the country for its high-quality work, achieved within a friendly, vibrant and supportive working environment.
You'll be working out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool within the fast-track litigation department, acting on your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction through to completion (settlement or trial as necessary). You'll have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, be able to deal with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients.
