This popular City firm with a is looking for an experienced associate to join their highly ranked pensions team. Enjoy working on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters in both the private and public sectors. The team advises both employers and trustees in to run their schemes as well as advising on a variety of issues including risk reduction exercises, pension schemes going through a PPF assessment period plus the pensions aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, scheme mergers, government outsourcings, insolvencies, restructurings and wind-ups. On the contentious side you'll be involved with complex litigation claims, including professional negligence work and Part 8 claims
