COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 

CENTRAL LONDON 

This successful and expanding Central London firm has an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the team. 

You will be dealing with a range of general commercial litigation work and insolvency litigation matters, including:

• Fast track and multi-track claims
• Obtaining or defending freezing orders
• Dealing with shareholder and corporate disputes
• Defending director disqualification claims
• Conducting insolvency litigation claims

You'll be joining an established team and taking on an existing caseload, working with a wide range of businesses including long standing clients of the firm, ranging from SMEs to national PLCs. 

Ideally you will have at around 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and insolvency litigation and be confident in working autonomously, although support from the partners will be available whenever required. The firm has an established client base, but they are ambitious and intend to continue to grow so you should be keen on business development and marketing.
