Family Lawyer
West Sussex - 5yrs+ PQE
An Established High Street name seek an experienced Family Lawyer to take on an existing caseload and grow business further in what is a key position for the firm. The position can be based from either of two separate offices at Hove or Worthing.
The firm have an excellent reputation across the Sussex region with a number of offices in key high street locations. They have a small family team and require a qualified lawyer (Solicitor /CILEx) to take over at the Hove office. They take on all aspects of privately funded family work covering relationship breakdown, divorce, separations, financial settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements as well as children related matters and cohabitation agreements. The firm have a very sound reputation and therefore need an individual of quality who can continue to build up existing foundations. Ideally you will have at least 5 years post qualification experience and be able to work independently without supervision managing your own caseload efficiently, able to conduct your own advocacy's where required (thought he firm also make use of appointed counsel) and keep one eye on developing further opportunities to expand the firm's reach in the local area.
The role provides a great deal of freedom and autonomy and will truly allow you to make the position your own, establish yourself further within the local community and deal with a good variety of legal matters including HNW clientele. You will form part of a small family team at the firm and enjoy the support of a Family Partner with over twenty years experience at the firm and also benefit from a very good quality legal secretary.
