My client is looking to hire a mid-level Commercial IT lawyer for their legal team in London. This will be the second hire for the team reporting to the Head of Transactions. The successful candidate will have gained strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to negotiate large complex customer agreements within either a top law firm or equivalent in-house organisation.
Responsibilities will include negotiating software licence, resale and referral agreements and vendor/supplier contracts under English law as well as dealing with data protection matters.
