My client, a top tier investment bank, are looking to hire a VP in their tax function. The team is responsible for tax advisory work in relation to significant acquisitions and disposals made by the business in addition to corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of M&A transactions from early stage structuring, through approvals , negotiation and execution.
Good UK corporate tax technical knowledge and a good understanding of tax issues relevant to the banking industry are a pre-requisite.
