A smart, business minded Litigation Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded, multi award winning Teesside based law firm. Applications are invited from high flying Commercial Litigation Solicitors with at least 4 experiencing managing a claimant and defendant caseload on behalf individual entrepreneurs, SME's, OMB's and larger business. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, continuous professional development will drive blue sky progression within this dynamic team.

The successful Litigation Solicitor will join a specialist team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of commercial disputes, litigation and insolvency matters on behalf of a small, medium and large business client base. Day to day duties and responsibilities will include the delivery of value for money and cost effective legal advice, the setting of litigation strategies, drafting of trial bundles, briefing counsel, negotiating settlements and taking an active role in building out client relationships on a regional and national basis.
