The ideal commercial litigation solicitor will be around 2- 5 years PQE with experience that includes company & partnership disputes, contract disputes, restraint of trade, IT & technology disputes, banking litigation, insolvency, professional negligence and contentious probate claims. You will be working for top tier clients in the automotive, retail, IT and technology sectors and should have an interest and some experience in marketing and business development.
