JOB DESCRIPTION:
High Street firm of Solicitors are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, minimum 5 years PQE to head the conveyancing department and develop the conveyancing team in the West Midlands. Consideration would be given to Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancer’s of similar experience and solid background. The firm is proud of the geographical area in which it is based and accordingly looking to recruit someone with a strong local connection, who would want to serve the businesses of the local community/area. The ethos of the firm is on building relationships with their clients, therefor client focus is essential. The successful applicant would be supported by and supervising an experienced conveyancing secretary. The ability to manage and develop a team is essential. Required skills & experience include the ability to handle your own caseload, good track record of developing business, great client care skills, build on existing relationships with Estate Agents and excellent IT skills.
