Experienced Residential Conveyancer required in Sunderland

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a successful firm of Solicitors at their office in Sunderland.

The role:

Due to an influx in work and the teams ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an additional residential conveyancer to join them. You will be responsible for running a varied caseload, dealing with cases from the point of instruction through to completion with the aid of an assistant. You will have ownership of your files from day one, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your clients and provide an excellent level of client care.

The successful candidate:

Will have a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience, be ambitious and hard-working and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be experienced in running your own caseload and must be able to hit the ground running from the offset.

Remuneration:
