Residential Conveyancer/ Residential Property Solicitor required in Leeds

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer or residential property Solicitor to join a friendly and successful team in central Leeds.

The role:

In line with the firms ongoing expansion plans, the residential conveyancing team now look to recruit an additional fee earner to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential property cases including but not limited to general sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold), re-mortgage, transfer of equity and new build properties.

The successful candidate:

Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience running your own caseload with minimal to no supervision. The firm are keen to hear from both qualified Solicitors and experienced paralegals who are looking for a firm that will support their growth and provide them with endless career progression opportunities.

Remuneration:

Salary to £45,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits.
