The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. u will work on a typical range of Corporate Commercial matters such as:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Terms of sale and purchase
• General corporate transactional work

The clients handled will depend on the individual hired. You will be developed into this role and encouraged to participate in business development and marketing, so this is a real chance to work in a broad range of sectors or chase an area in which you have always been passionate about.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor or Associate with at least 2 years PQE +
• You will have a technical knowledge of Corporate & Commercial matters
