A well-established, full service, Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Corporate Team through adding a Corporate Solicitor based in either Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth.

The momentum of our client’s Corporate offering continues to gather momentum at a rapid pace. There is genuine opportunity for quick career progression and job enrichment.

The Opportunity:

If you are starting to become well versed with Mergers/Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Management Buyouts, Debt and Equity Capital Markets then this could be the opportunity for you to further your expertise in a highly exciting, fast paced environment. The role offers great variety in terms of client sectors – pharmaceutical, airline, engineering, financial services amongst others.  

At the core you will be a very good Commercial Lawyer with a flair for identifying opportunities whilst taking pride in servicing clients to a high level in relation to Corporate and Commercial matters. You will also be a strong collaborator – our client actively encourages cross-team collaboration. You will very quickly become synonymous with large sized deals and media worthy clients.
