A friendly local firm, currently experiencing an exciting time of growth, is keen to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer into their team in Northamptonshire.
This friendly firm has developed a strong reputation in the local market in recent years, providing high quality expert advice to private and commercial clients.
This traditional Residential Property Conveyancer role will see you taking responsibility for:
- A growing caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and right to buy properties
- Advising on equity release, remortgaging and transfer of equity
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm offering the chance to develop the role as the firm grows
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer’s skills and experience:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
- 5+ years’ experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Ambitious, forward thinking and committed
- Drive and genuine enthusiasm for this area of work
