CORPORATE SOLICITOR (1-3 PQE) | GUILDFORD | LEGAL 500
Are you looking for a Corporate role close to home? I am working with a firm in Guildford who have one of the best corporate practices outside of London, with many partners having come from the City. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team which is rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500.
The role is interesting and carries a varied caseload including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses. The firm also has a strong international presence.
You will be a Solicitor with strong corporate experience having trained with a major City or leading national/regional practice. Experience will include general corporate advisory, fundraising and equity and capital markets.
