Experienced Residential Conveyancer required in York
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a respected firm of Solicitors at their office in York.
The firm:
The firm have an excellent reputation for their work in residential conveyancing and several other areas which is evidenced by their repeating recommendations in the legal directories. The team spans several offices and boasts a number of qualified Solicitors and experienced paralegals who provide services to clients both locally and nationally.
The role:
The team are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join their York residential conveyancing team. You will be responsible for running your own varied caseload with the aid of a number of assistants. You will have full ownership of your case from the initial instruction through to completion therefore an excellent client care approach is essential.
The successful candidate:
Will have a minimum of 5 years' residential conveyancing experience and must be able to run a full caseload with minimal/ no supervision. You will be experienced in both freehold and leasehold work including new build properties .
Remuneration:
Salary to £50,000 plus benefits including flexible working.
