A rare opportunity for an experience Employment Solicitor to join a highly ranked, prestigious legal 500 firm based in Bedfordshire.

The firm have an award-winning team and are looking for another talented individual to join at a Senior level to work on a mixed caseload of both contentious & non-contentious files, acting for both claimants and respondents.

You will be taking over an existing caseload but will be required to expand on this, so strong business development skills are essential.

There will be the requirement to supervise and mentor more Junior members of the team and you will be supported by a excellent team of support staff.
