Rare opening for an experienced Family Partner to join this reputed family team in Oxford.
Our client has a long-standing reputation for the provision of high quality services across private client and family & matrimonial law. The firm is progressive, offers great flexibility and is characterised by its transparent and merit based culture.
A key role, offering notable autonomy and the chance to play an instrumental role in developing the department, you'll be comfortable advising on a range of family matters including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlement and ancillary relief, cohabitation and separations, pre and post-nuptial agreements and Children Act work. You'll be acting on behalf of an established client base of private individuals including HNW clients with assets in the £multi-millions drawn from London and locally in the Thames Valley.
This is an exceptional partnership role in a friendly, positive and team orientated firm, offering autonomy, the backing of the wider partnership and an unencumbered pathway to achieve full equity partnership in the future. This role would suit a family solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+ with excellent technical and client care skills. You may already be a Partner looking for a better platform or you may be looking to make that next step from an experienced senior associate position or equivalent.
