Property Development Paralegal

LAW Absolute are working with a boutique property firm based in North West London who are looking for a Property paralegal to join them on either FTC or Permanently.

You will be supporting Partnes working on Property Development matters.

Your duties will include but are not limtied to:

• Stamp duty land tax serches,
• Pre and post completion matters,
• Planning applications and appeals,
• Drafting documentation.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level or equivalent.

It is essential you have a minimum of a years’ experience as a Property Development paralegal in a similar setting.
